We went trick-or-treating in a nearby neighborhood, apparently people don't trick-or-treat in our complex. Strange. Anyway, the kids had lots of fun. Audrey was dressed up as Dora the Explorer and Kai was a pirate. We couldn't get Kai to wear his eye patch, arm hook, hat, or boot covers. And he kept trying to take off his vest and pants. What a funny kid! Every door we went to, Kai said "trick-or-treat", then "thank you", then "bye", then "see you later" and sometimes added "Happy Halloween". It was so cute. Needless to say, it took a long time to visit a few houses. And Audrey explained to everyone she saw that her real name was Audrey and that she was dressed up as Dora. It was pretty funny. We have so much candy! We went to our ward trunk-or-treat last week and the kids got a lot of candy, then we went out Halloween night and got more, and then we have the candy we bought to give out to trick-or-treaters. We didn't even get one person coming to our door for candy so we have tons! Todd agreed to take our candy to his school and pass it out to get rid of it. Thank goodness, because our kids have been so hyper lately from the extra sugar.

CUTE! I'm sorry to admit I have eaten a slew of my kids candy!! They have had TOO much! Dallin has that same shirt as Kai, funny!!

What little cuties! They look like they are having fun in sunny Cali. Kai is changing so much - such a charmer.
