Audrey's Birthday

So today was Audrey's actual birthday and Grandma and Grandpa Ruitman came to surprise her! She was so excited and so was Kai. When they came, they called Audrey on the phone and told her happy birthday and the rang the doorbell. Kai answered the door and was so surprised and excited to see them that he slammed the door in their faces! It was hilarious. Then I pulled Audrey off the couch to see who was at the door and she saw that it was Grandma and Grandpa. She was a little confused and didn't know if she was supposed to keep talking to them on the phone or not. We had a fun night. When we took that first picture, it was supposed to be of Audrey and Grandma and Grandpa, but Kai thinks he's supposed to be in every picture so he walked in front of the camera and smiled right as I snapped the picture. He's so funny. And I love that next shot of the four of them---such typical smiles from our cheesy kids! Audrey looked beautiful and was so happy! Thanks to everyone that called or sent presents, you really made her day!
